Orams Marine Development
The new Orams refit facility will feature a marine haul-out and refit facility servicing marine vessels up to 800 tonnes, plus commercial buildings and a residential tower on the northern end.
Tīramarama Way Stage 2
Tīramarama Way is the east to west laneway that will connect Halsey and Beaumont Street. With art from Lisa Reihana, stage two will provide a laneway connection between Daldy and Beaumont Street.
Amey Daldy Park
Named after suffragette Amey Daldy, a prominent voice of the movement in Auckland, Amey Daldy Park is a pocket park included in the green connection between Victoria Park and the waterfront.
10 Madden Street

Westhaven Promenade
