Pizza preparation starts early in the morning – all of the ingredients are made in the woodfire pizza oven and the manuka wood they use gives a unique flavour. With ten different flavours to choose from, there’s bound to be at least one (or two, or three!) you favour.
North Park’s brisket nachos are a real draw card. The best way to cook brisket is very slowly, a process Scott is well-acquainted with. North Park’s brisket is cooked for 12 hours, then mixed with flavours and cooked again. Their tortilla chips are made from scratch, as well as their relishes and sauces. It’s a two-day process, but well worth the rewarding taste.
North Park’s Southern Californian vibe is felt right through to the colourful cocktail menu – combined with being right on the water, they make you feel like you’re on holiday
